You’re smart. You’re capable. You’re struggling.

You don’t have to go it alone.

Together we can work towards feeling

  • Connected
  • Seen
  • Safe
  • Loved

We’ll get curious about

  • Your experience
  • Your needs
  • Your history
  • How you’ve made it this far
  • What’s missing

We’ll practice new ways of being and attend to unmet needs.

We’ll face the scary stuff — conflict, big emotions, trauma — and make sense of it together.

I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and years of experience teaching healthy relationship skills.

With a first career as an ER nurse, I am deeply aware of the demands on healthcare providers and first responders that can lead to disconnection from self.

(Yes, I worked bedside through the pandemic, too.)

I’m not afraid of your emotions. I’m not afraid of your outbursts. I’m not judging your vices. I’m not deterred by how cool, calm, and collected you appear on the outside. I don’t think you’re bad. You may not have had many opportunities in life to explore what’s going on inside.

Let’s make space together to get curious about you.
